天然色で濃い黒の真珠を作るのは黒蝶貝のみ。
人工核を持たないケシ真珠は砂や虫等の異物を体内に取り込みそれが核のような役割となって自然の中で形成される真珠。

Tahitian Black Keshi Pearls.
Only black pearl oysters make dark black pearls in natural colors.
They are formed in nature by foreign substances such as sand and insects which enter the oyster and stimulate the growth of the pearls.
